The investment allowed the company to acquire a CRM (customer relations management) system, helping track calls and data flows to better serve client needs. During one project year the volume of services sold rose 414%, net profits rose 400%, and the number of disabled employees rose from 3 to 7 people.
As part of its social mission, the enterprise organized five community events and increased its social contribution to UAH 19,800.
